CCP Announces Price Increase on All
Gel Coats, Unsaturated Polyester and Vinyl Ester Resins
KANSAS CITY, Mo., January 6, 2010 – Cook Composites and Polymers (CCP) announces a
$.06 per pound price increase for all gel coats and unsaturated polyester resins. In addition, vinyl
ester resins will increase $.09 per pound. New pricing is effective with shipments made on or
after February 7, 2010.
The recent escalation in raw material costs used to produce these products is the driver for this
increase. “CCP acknowledges the impact these actions have on our customers and as such
continues to implement cost reduction strategies to help minimize their affect” said Ken Moran,
Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Quality products and superior customer service have made Cook Composites and Polymers
